Hong Kong Picture Effects

I had some time to play around with my camera while in Hong Kong.  Here's the same shot with different camera effects taken from the International Finance Center on Hong Kong Island.

Standard - I love how vivid the green looks against the otherwise grey urban jungle.

Toy Camera (Darker edges, less color) - This one brings your attention more to the middle of the pictures.

Miniature (tilt-shift effect) - I like this one.  The man next to the car looks like a tiny figurine!  The red taxis and over exposed roads add some color.

Breakfast Table

I chose to sit at the head of the 28 chair table for breakfast in the hotel this morning.  As you can see, my entourage was sleeping in... wait what entourage?

MIT Tetris

This has been all over the internet recently.  It's a famous hack (read: prank) pulled at MIT where you can play tetris in the windows of the tallest building in Cambridge.  There is a control pad to the left of where I'm taking this picture and what you see in a snapshot of a live game of tetris that 18 stories tall.  A few offices left their lights on on the upper right side, making the playing board a bit distracting.

HKG

The Hong Kong Airport.  I love this airport because all of the planes are HUGE!  It's one of the few airports where the 747's outnumber the 737's.  Also, there's lots of mountains.
