Indian Cooking Lesson

My classmates Tara and Todd came over the other night for my first lesson in Indian cooking. I've been wanting to learn how to cook Chicken Korma for a while now, and with such a diverse class, finding an expert was pretty easy.

We stopped by the Indian grocery store, picked up some unfamiliar spices, yogurt, and onions. It was then time to cook. As it turns out, the Indian dishes we made seemed pretty simple (as we had an expert with us) and I'm confident I could do them all again, or at least help out. As always, I've snapped a few pictures of the momentous occasion.
